Sign-ups for the 2008 Season will begin on February 1st for Legacy Players.  Registration will be held on-line thru the AAYFDT website.  Please follow the link on the top bar to this website.  Open registration will also be available in March thru the webiste.



The following information will need to be provided:

1.  Copy of Birth Certificate

2.  Copy of Proof of Residence (utility bill, etc.)

3.  Most recent copy of Report Card

4.  Registration Form (Below)

5.  Liability Release Form (Below)

6.  Helmet Liability Release (Below)

7.  League Expectations and Code of Conduct Form (Below)

8.  Internet Release Form (Below)

9.  Background Check Form (Below)--This is for any parent that wants to Coach or be a Team Mom.
